The exportation requirement applies to all Stryker Products you, as the Buyer, purchase from Certified Endoscopy Products LLC, whether you make your purchase directly from Certified Endoscopy Products LLC, or indirectly through eBay.com or other similar online marketplaces. If Certified Endoscopy Products LLC, discovers that you, as the Buyer, have not complied with this exportation requirement of Stryker Products and Certified Endoscopy Products LLC, may recover all damages suffered by Certified Endoscopy Products LLC, as a result of such violation, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
